ACMC's Bariatrics & Weight Control Center works with patients to reach and maintain a healthy weight. An individualized, multidisciplinary plan is created that utilizes a combination of dietary and behavioral interventions, prescription medications and exercise physiology. Adults and children of all ages are considered for this physician-supervised program. Referrals are welcome, but not necessary for new patients.

We are skilled at care for both adults and children. We develop individualized tracks of care based on a person's level of need. We welcome your participation. Walk-in Medical Weight Loss services are available.
