Cardiology

The medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the heart and blood vessels, including invasive diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures that involve the heart and central circulation such as cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty and electrophysiologic studies.

Please note: The surgical procedures involving these visiting specialists are often performed at the hospital that is local to their home clinic, such as Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, St. Cloud Hospital or Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
